Are medication costs included?
In some cases, the medication itself may be charged separately from the clinic service fee.
Where medication is dispensed through a pharmacy or supplied separately as part of the treatment process, those costs will need to be paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy or relevant provider.

Can I claim any of the cost through Medicare or private health insurance?

How do I pay?
